Transcript for "Integrating NetSuite and BigCommerce":
Everybody, welcome to the webinar. We're gonna give it a minute before, other folks jump on here. And then we'll get started. Okay. Still have some folks jumping on, but let's go ahead and get started here. Hi, everybody. My name is Rico Andrade. I head global partnerships here at Zaligo. Welcome to the ins and outs of integrating NetSuite and BigCommerce. We're excited to have you here. Wanted the this is an exciting webinar because we have several guest experts who are gonna be speaking. But, wanted to share that, this this session is being recorded, so we will send a recording, afterwards. And, and, if you have any questions, please, add them to the q and a session, or into the chat. But, thank you for joining us today. So first off, we we're gonna have, Jenny Lawson, a senior solution consultant here at Celigo. We have Alex Berkeley from, from, commerce, who's a big commerce expert who talk a lot about the advanced use cases. We have Ryan Lee from our partner, Nova Module, who's gonna speak about some real life implementation. So thank you all for joining us. Here's the agenda for today. We're gonna briefly talk about, some introductions and the integration options, and then we're gonna jump into some of the common use cases, you know, the primary use cases around order to cash, and then we're gonna jump into some of the advanced use cases that we typically see with our customer base. For those of you who aren't familiar with Soligo, why are we talking about this? Well, out of our more than 5,000 customers, over 3,000 of them, use us to automate, business processes around manufacturing, supply chain distribution, ecommerce, you know, folks who sell, manufacture, distribute physical goods, including all sorts of ecommerce channels. And so, we have a massive amount of experience of, in terms of, how much, of everything that we've seen around these business processes. And so we're happy to share this information with you. And, there's some late breaking news. This is pretty exciting. We, Celigo, fresh fresh off the price here. So Gartner announced its Celigo is, the only, twenty twenty five Gartner Puritan that it's customer choice for iPaaS. We're the only platform, that was awarded a customer's choice. So this is a pretty huge honor for us, and, we're happy to, you know, share this with you, at the moment. So with that, let me bring Ryan on stage here to introduce NetSuite NovaModule. So on my lead, head of product here at NetSuite NovaModule, we're a partner of Celigo and and the NetSuite ecosystem. Been around for about ten years. Our focus is in the b two b technology space. So, again, once again, happy to join and share some of the real, use cases that we've implemented, with the commerce and NetSuite. Okay. And then, Alec, please join us and, introduce, commerce for us, please. Sure. Yeah. I guess I could quickly introduce myself and my role, and then I'll introduce, the company. So I'm senior director of global strategic partnerships. I've been in the ecommerce space at the intersection of ERP and commerce platforms for more than ten years. Rico and I have probably worked together for 90% of that, in a variety of of different, capacities. Commerce is a multiproduct company. We've got a big commerce, ecommerce platform. We've got Feedonomics as our data feed management platform and Makeswith, which is our no code landing page builder. We recently did launch the commerce brand this year and the family of products, and we're excited to dive little deeper on BigCommerce today and, how we're serving NetSuite clients with Celigo and diving into even more detail with, other folks, Jenny and and Ryan, as far as, the specific workflows and data transfer and etcetera, etcetera. So, yeah, I guess I'll quickly jump to the next slide just to provide a little more gravitas to the commerce brand. These are some of the companies that we work with, manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, retail. We could be doing data feed management, you know, Google Shopping feeds, Amazon, listings, or we could be powering a commerce site, like The RealReal or Harvard Business Publishing. So, really, commerce is, so broad now. There's so many different channels, and, we're gonna get into how we're serving customers, more from an ecommerce perspective, b to b perspective, on this webinar, with with Twiligo and Novo module. Yeah. Thank you, Alec. So just to summarize, you know, this is a part of a much larger story. Right? So what we typically see with companies, in this space is that, usually the first integration use case is the ordered cash process between the storefronts and the ERP, where the business is built, with ERP as the center of, the the the tech stack, and everything is built around it. And today, we're gonna be focusing in terms specifically where, BigCommerce fits in, and some of the integration use cases that involve BigCommerce. But certainly, you know, this expands into multichannel, into fulfillments, three p l, EDI, WMS, storefronts, POS, data warehousing, and so on. So it's just a small part of a of of a fairly large picture. And we're not gonna spend too much time on this, but, you know, there are multiple options in terms of, how you can integrate these applications, and we've talked about this in this, webinar series before. You know, there's a you could do coding and direct integration, but, you know, obviously, that's a very technical, and static way of doing these integrations. There are some, just pure point to point connectors available out there, but they weren't designed for a level of customization and robustness that's needed with some of these, complex business processes. And so where we come in is really, from an integration platform perspective. And we actually try to merge several of these aspects together, in terms of how Celigo brings these solutions to market. And so, the way that we have it is that you can have the full flexibility, you know, between the integration of two applications or actually hundreds of thousands of applications through the integration platform. And then, as you need to, you know, we have integration templates that accelerates some of the integrations across common applications. And then we have the cream of the crop in the integration apps and integration accelerators, which are, you know, fully pro productized, integration use cases that handle, you know, 85% of the use cases, out of the box with, complete, configuration capabilities, and and the ability to, have full visibility in a managed service, you know, in these applications. And so Jenny is going to speak here about, some of the, you know, the way that Celigo has. Celigo does have a big commerce, NetSuite prebuilt integration, and, that that, handles the, you know, key, order to cash processes. And so we're gonna start with that. Jenny's gonna speak about it, and then, we will dive into the use cases beyond the the integration app that we see. So, take it away, Jenny. Awesome. Thanks, Rico. And hi, everyone. As mentioned, I'm Jenny, senior solution consultant at Soligo. And yeah. Let's go ahead and dive in, to the most common essentially, the foundational integration patterns that we are seeing between BigCommerce and NetSuite today. And this is all around the order to cash process. These are really those core business flows that are gonna connect your BigCommerce storefront to your NetSuite ERP back office operations. So what we're gonna look at is how Celigo can automate that entire life cycle just from purchasing, selling, shipping, billing, and and more, and really reduce the manual efforts, and eliminate any kind of data silos between your sales and finance teams. So taking a little bit of a step back with what is the order to cash process for anybody entirely new, maybe living a little under a rock. We're really talking about the entire customer transaction journey. From that moment a shopper places an order on your BigCommerce storefront, all the way to the revenue recognition within the NetSuite instance. To walk through it walking through, sorry, step by step, it really starts with that customer order. Shopper adding an item to the cart, checking out within the BigCommerce storefront. From there, it's gonna flow directly into NetSuite where it's gonna become a sales order within that system. Next comes your fulfillment. Inventory gets allocated, shipments process, fulfillment details automatically sync gets synced back to your BigCommerce, keeping your customer informed within real time. And once that order ships, that's where invoicing and payment happens seems happens seamlessly. Excuse me. The payment capture on BigCommerce can create that corresponding cash sale or customer deposit within NetSuite. And lastly, cash application is really gonna ensure any kind of payment and proper our payments are properly reconciled between your payment processor, and, essentially accounted for within your NetSuite. Now without integration here, really, the handoffs here really would require a lot of manual data entry, especially if you have really high order volume. It would be completely unreasonable and unmanageable. And that would introduce so many errors, delays, visibility gaps. And so having this all automated, as we all can attest, is critical here, which brings us nicely into, Celigo. We have our prebuilt accelerator offering that we call our BigCommerce NetSuite integration app, which is really gonna be one of the most fastible reliable ways to automate these standard order cash flows. Out of the box, it's comprehensive. Prebuilt flows are gonna include customer sync, order sync, fulfillment sync, inventory sync, the billing flow sync, refunds, cancellations, and, of course, product information and and really managing that between the two systems. Unpacking that a little bit further just to see some more specific flows. This integration app is we built essentially by our our legal product team, and it's been based off of the a lot of the best practices we've seen across the thousands of BigCommerce sellers, we work with today. This integration app, it includes embedded business logic that's going to handle a lot of these key use cases. Great example is that it knows how to handle, customer records and prevent duplication of customers. It helps with tax mapping, and even multi location inventory, without you having to custom code it. And this integration app really is just a starting point. Because it's built on this legal integration platform, it's really not a black box. Users can monitor these flows, tweak mapping, and then even extend the integration to connect, solve for other business use cases, connect other systems like three p l's, CRMs, other marketplaces, and it's all gonna be done within the same Celigo interface. So you effectively have the ability to build precisely what automations your business requires, across all your core applications. And so with that, I'll pass it over to Alex, over at Commerce to talk through some of these advanced integration use cases we've seen, across our mutual customers. Here you go. I thought you were gonna you're in tee it up here, and then I'll jump in. Yeah. Yeah. So, Jenny did the introduction for me. So, Alec, yeah. We, wanna bring Alec, from the BigCommerce side, who has a ton of experience on this stuff. So, Alec, can you, speak in terms of, like, what are some of the most common, advanced use cases beyond the integration app that you see, you know, that we're seeing amongst our mutual customers and provide any insight that you can on, on that front? Yeah. And I think we even got a quick, question in the chat as well, which I can address as part of this. So the integration app that's a legal bill, it's great for the sort of b to c order to cash. You've got a credit card authorization that that you wanna bring into NetSuite for capture when when you ship the order. You wanna process refunds out out of NetSuite, etcetera, etcetera. So Ligo also built a connector to b to b. Right? So, that's, man, been in place for quite a while. And Ryan from Celigo is gonna be going through how advanced that integration can be all the way from syncing customer records from NetSuite and creating the company accounts if I'm a manufacturer selling to dealers, and or I want a customer portal to to view all my invoices and pay invoices online. So so I guess answer the question, I believe from Brandon. Yes. It it does include b two b, and we'll be walking through that in great detail later with Ryan, from Nova module. And I'll go ahead and I'll just jump in, to the b two b side. And I'll just quickly touch on this, as far as what does b two b integration look like with NetSuite and, you know, how are we automating those processes. Right? So one thing would be, what are the different types of orders that that are we gonna do pay on account, or are we, offering credit card to b two b customers? You wanna have payment method visibility, four different b two b clients, and that might place orders for, net 30, net 60, or or you might wanna have pre authorized orders. So that's one. Different types of customers. Right? So am I selling to a small business? Am I selling to a larger company? Some companies, Celigo offers this as well, might only order from, EDI. Right? So perhaps it doesn't even go through BigCommerce. That's different type of customer and a different type of order. But as far as the ecommerce stuff, definitely having the visibility of the address book, from NetSuite companies or customers, I should say. And then within the site itself, you're gonna be able to have different users with different access controls. So if I want one user just to view and pay invoices or a a different user in charge of, creating lists and getting approval on those lists from management because they don't have purchasing authority. We've got quite, quite a bit of flexibility there on the b two b platform that can also tie into, of course, those those business rules on the NetSuite side. So I'd say out of the NetSuite clients that we have using Celigo, a great number of them do b two b, and they've automated things like customers, invoices, payments bidirectionally, between BigCommerce and and NetSuite. Now an area that I love to talk about, is CRM because I think you've got on one side, ERP. On the other side, you've got a commerce platform, and then you've got your sales reps. Right? Your sales reps are are the enablers for b to b business. Right? I think when you look at the role of a sales rep as a function of an ERP or an ecommerce platform, it doesn't quite fit, on on either end. Therefore, CRM is is where sales reps spend the majority of their day or perhaps even email, spending just time in in email and and some correspondence between getting orders or quotes from from customers and converting those, in into orders. So whether whether the CRM is Salesforce or HubSpot or, Zoho, some other system, I'd say the most common are are gonna be Salesforce and HubSpot as far as what we see, between, you know, BigCommerce and NetSuite. What our reps using is probably one of those two. We see quotes that can be converted from either of those systems into quotes, on our b to b platform. Then once that quote's converted to an order online, guess what? It becomes a NetSuite order. There could also be orders directly keyed into your CRM that push straight to NetSuite. And, not to be too salesy on Celigo, but that's kind of the reason why you could purchase, an integration platform is if you have these different order to cash workflows where the origination of the order might be coming from a different system entirely, could be coming from marketplace EDI, sales rep in a CRM, or or, of course, BigCommerce or your ecommerce platform. Right? So I think the key consideration here is, enabling your sales reps and meeting them where they are, whether that is in CRM or email or perhaps they're comfortable using ecommerce site or, the the ERP. Right? You don't you don't see many reps that really love using ecommerce or ERP, as far as their day to day. But but you do see that, from time to time. And I think outside of just the quote to order and then order, of course, into ERP for reconciliation, as far as growing your business through ecommerce and being able to understand, is this customer coming into my website, an existing client? Have I had a touch point with them? So being able to integrate that new business account sign up process into your CRM so you can have that multitouch, with your sales reps who could be, working with an account that perhaps, interacts with the website or applies to become, a b to b customer, that integration, is quite helpful. Multiple ecommerce channels. So I I talked about this earlier, but a lot of our clients, they sell into channels like Home Depot or others that will only communicate, orders back via EDI. So having a partner, in place like Sligo, of course, helps with, translating those EDI orders into, either NetSuite order, BigCommerce order, and then flowing down, into NetSuite. So Celigo is very helpful even pairing with our data feed management platform, Feedonomics, being able to optimize the catalog and send the catalog to those different channels. But then dealing with those different order types from the different channel partners, particularly the EDI ones, that's where I think Celigo really shines, from from that perspective as well. So I think the key considerations here, if you're a partner often, you know, working with your clients is understanding what marketplaces your your clients are connecting to and how those marketplaces receive products, as well as how they communicate back orders. And then you'll you'll be able to determine, what kind of mix of integration needs, perhaps would be would be right. Now finally, point of sale. So this is an area where we've seen great, fragmentation, as far as different systems, particularly, you know, merchants on on NetSuite. There's not really a out of the box point of sale solution. So you'll see many different types of point of sale products that are that are being used by those NetSuite customers. Being able to integrate with them is, of course, very important. Now BigCommerce, we don't have our own, proprietary point of sale. We integrate with, existing point of sales. We provide APIs for things like buy online, pick up in store, buy online, return in store, buy in store, and I wanna see that order online. Middleware is really helpful for that, a k a Celigo again. So being able to see those orders, say, in light speed showing up across, your your ecommerce account or being able to sync things like store credits or gift cards gets highly complex, or even dealing with, like, recurring orders where, you know, you've got a mix of different, touch points with your customers. I think omnichannel was a buzzword before we entered the era of AI, but I think still very much relevant as far as, like, having those physical touch points and being able to, bridge that experience across, you know, physical and digital channels. Right? So integration platforms really help keep, the source of truth intact. Of course, on this webinar, we're talking about NetSuite, but that could really be any ERP or system where you've got your financials. You're gonna send your completed orders there, whether that's from ecommerce or point of sale or what have you. But I think the integration between ecommerce and point of sale is is a lot more complicated than folks give it credit give credit to. Sometimes even more complicated than the ERP integrations, because of the things like syncing, like, a physical gift card or dealing with orders that happened in store, different payment methods on different terminals into orders, online and then syncing that to an account, and then layering in things like loyalty and points. It starts to get really complicated. So integration platforms and having, you know, the ability to sync that same customer record across point of sale, ecommerce, and then, of course, finalizing those orders so that the CFOs, being able to get the same format in the end before they post a payment to the GL. I think that's ultimately where integration platforms like Celigo really help do a lot of the heavy lifting for an ecommerce platform, like BigCommerce that does not have a native point of sale solution, but, of course, needs to integrate with, an existing stack, one of our customers. Finally, payments. Okay. This is the end of my spiel here. So, from a payments perspective, I think we even talked about this a little bit in point of sale. But, being able to sync not only just the customer, but the payment attached to the customer and sending that token. I don't know if any of the partners or merchants on here have done payment tokenization projects or dealt with migrating payment tokens from one processor gateway to another or dealing with a subscription business where you wanna migrate subscription payment tokens over, that can get really, really complicated and you have, considerations to to to be made as far as can my existing payment provider, integrate with my ecommerce platform or integrate with my ERP? Or is there one provider that can just do it all because I've got two or three different, vendors, maybe one that I've integrated with point of sale, another one on ERP, and then one for ecommerce. So, when we talk about sort of just the basic order to cash and a pre authorized credit card, being able to send that credit card token or authorization from, BigCommerce into NetSuite or being able to, perhaps have a vaulted card for a subscription, trigger every month, and then post orders back in a NetSuite. There's a lot of considerations to be made. And and my last point here, which I believe Ryan's gonna be getting to, but if you have a customer portal, and you wanna connect that customer portal with, an ecommerce platform, then being able to reconcile a transaction that might have multiple invoices attached with perhaps full or partial payments and matching that back, and creating deposits in NetSuite on those invoices, that that job is not as easy as it looks either. But we've we've been able to simplify that and deliver many, many successful, sort of results, I guess you could say, over the years across hundreds of of customers there. So, yeah, that's the end of the spiel. I hope you enjoyed it, and, I think we'll be passing off, for for for integration. Yep. So we're gonna bring, Jenny, to talk about, the integration app and see how that's done in practice. And then we're gonna bring in Ryan to talk about, some of the b to b use cases. So, all yours, Jenny. Excellent. Alright. Let's see here. Bear with me. Here we go. Alright. Just turn my screen here. Perfect. Alright. So, you know, we've talked through a lot of use cases so far. And, as Rico mentioned, we'll dive into specifically, that the prebuilt offering that exists within the Celigo, integrator platform today. What we're seeing here for anybody who's new to Celigo, is the platform itself. Home page of Integrator IO, where you can see each of these integration tiles, which are gonna represent, they're essentially folders on your desktop where we have collections of data flows that are running between one or sometimes multiple systems. In this case, before we dig into our BigCommerce NetSuite offerings, I wanna start off by by highlighting, just how easy it is to set up the connection. So here, if I go up into the create drop down, in the upper right hand corner and go to connector marketplace, this is where, first and foremost, you're going you're going to be able to see, all of the different business applications, that Celigo can connect to today. And we have over a thousand different integrations, that you're gonna find in here, anywhere from databases, to, what we call universal connector. So your ability to connect to just about any any, business application out there. So long as they have the means for us to connect to, you can establish connections. We've got an entire, EDI offering for b two b, which I know we've covered in in previous webinars. You're curious to learn more. And then, of course, our our full connect marketplace of, again, every application you can think of from productivity tools, to tax tools, to Amazon marketplaces, you name it. But in particular today, wanna highlight, of course, our besties over at BigCommerce, BigCommerce. And so we have a few different connecting connector prebuilt connector offerings for it. Rest, connector to the rest APIs as well as GraphQL, and then, of course, as we'll we'll talk about a little bit, connectors to the bundle b to b offering. With the BigCommerce connection, you know, as a low no code integration platform, we we try to make it as easy as possible to set up these types of, integration and connections to these these to a system like BigCommerce. And it truly is as easy as when I select it, choosing your authentication type, whether it's OAuth two point o or a token based connector. And then within here, we provide the direct instructions on where to get this information from your BigCommerce instance. All you would need is your access token, client ID, and store hash, and that's it. Once you've plugged in in this information, of course, given your integration a name, you save and you are connected and ready to start building data flows. Now from there, before again, where you talk about some of the data flows and we'll give a tangible example, wanna hop now into our marketplace within Celigo, which is where you're gonna find the accelerator offerings that we've been discussing so far. So in the marketplace, these are free, free, accelerators to help really, assist the process of of establishing some of these common data flows. And we've talked a bit about the integration app, right, which is what we'll we'll look at today. Again, the integration app is gonna be that that semi managed service that's going to, you know, our our product engineering team manages the, make sure that the core data flow offerings within the solution, are maintained, stay online. And as there are updates to, say, BigCommerce endpoint, API, versions and NetSuite versions launch, right, we're gonna make sure that these connections stay online. These integration app is gonna solve for you know, probably maybe sixty, seventy, 80% of the most common use cases we see. Alternatively, we also have what we call a template, which is a completely unlocked, customizable approach, where it, again, gives you some out of the box data flows, accelerators, gets you up and running quickly, but gives you complete control to build, manage, monitor, do all the different things you wanna do between BigCommerce and NetSuite. You'll see that there's additional templates and and integration app offerings for BigCommerce, as well as a search bundle b two b, the nova module offering, which we'll we'll talk about as well. But these are just a starting point. When you install these, right, you have the ability to go in and and make some changes, mappings as it relates to integration app. And then within the template, you can add additional data flows like the advanced use cases Alec was covering, previously. So with that, I'll hop over to the home section, and we're gonna look at a a a brief example of the data flow between BigCommerce and NetSuite. And in the integration app, when I click in, again, this is that prebuilt offering that's going to have embedded business logic, and handling these most some of the most common data flows we see, for the order to cash process. And you can see here on the left hand side navigation, those core processes are organized within these flow groups, here on the left. And in particular, we're gonna focus in on a product data flow today. It's a really great kind of foundational piece because in order to sell your products on BigCommerce, you have to post them first. So we have a few different data flows you'll see contained within the integration app here, for taking an item from NetSuite and publishing it into BigCommerce. Also, the ability to send item images, and then vice versa. If you wanna have a BigCommerce product categories update to NetSuite, or have BigCommerce product IDs think back to NetSuite. We have data flows that cover a a few different use cases on the directionality on who you wanna have essentially as your item master. Best practice, of course, would be make NetSuite item master, for the initial creation of the items within your storefront. All of these data flows can be enabled, disabled based off of your requirements. So you again, not a black box. Not, stuck with anything you see here. Plugging into the item data flow, though, this is a really quick easy example. In any data flow in Toledo, you're always gonna have an export system. In this case, we're getting data out of NetSuite, item data. And then, of course, we're going to be pushing that data into BigCommerce to create item records there. When I click into the NetSuite step, this is powered off of a safe search. It's part of implementation process of both the integration app offering as well as our template offering. There is a bundle you install on the NetSuite side that's going to create several different data fields, that this accelerated business logic is powered off of. So you're not having to go in and spend a bunch of time building out different, flows, different data fields, to establish connections and and make sure that that data is passing as as needed. So here, you see we have a safe search, comes out of the box. You can always make clones of it in NetSuite, customize it to your needs. But what we're seeing here, is already a snapshot of the data that we're going to be taking a look at. I am selling a coffee mug. It's my 2025 edition. And what we're looking at here are the results of the same search and how I've configured it. You see I've got a sales description, item weights, price data, my SKU, so on and so forth. So this is a live snapshot of the data within my NetSuite instance that we're seeing here in Celigo. Now now that I have my item records and I'm choosing what item records I want from the safe search result, the next step is to import and create the item record in BigCommerce. And in this case, when I click into this step, as mentioned earlier, the prebuilt business logic is already set. So the name, the form, the rest endpoints, that we need to hit, all of the information, the the configuration in order to create a product with variants on the BigCommerce side is already in here with, for you to leverage. And the last most important step, it's one thing to take an item and push it into BigCommerce. First, we'll we have to tell it exactly where the data's gonna go, and that's where item mapping comes into play. Item mapping, very easy to use screen here where we're literally setting up a point to point where we're saying data field from NetSuite. And then again, these are gonna be the fields from the safe search result, mapping it over to the applicable data fields within BigCommerce. So you can see up here in the upper right, we've got the data from NetSuite we're previewing. And then once we pass it into BigCommerce to create an item record there, here you can see at high level what the result will look like in the corresponding fields in that tool. Now as mentioned, we had already taken this item and passed it into the BigCommerce back office. And with that, I got kicked out, so bear with me while I go back into it. We have our coffee mug. Here we go. 2025 edition. So as mentioned, right, I I've taken, through this Celigo data flow. This has, it's a data flow that you're able to schedule to run, based off of a frequency from once a week to every 15 minutes. Or if you wanna get really granular, you can use a cron expression and even have it goes, run as frequently as every five minutes. But either way, this data flow has previously run, and it's taken my item record from my NetSuite, which we will see apologies. Here. It's taken this item record, and it's already pushed it right on over into our BigCommerce instance. So here we see coffee mug twenty twenty five. I've got my UPC code. Down below here, I've got my face price. I've got inventory already, keyed in based off of my different locations. Under web store, I've got my detailed description, with some HTML coding for how I want it to aesthetically appeal. And then lastly, I have this detail tab. Again, as part of the bundle installation, this would come, with the bundle within NetSuite within our prebuilt offering. When I'm ready for this item to publish into BigCommerce, I've simply selected the channel I wanna push it into, in our case, BigCommerce. And in particular, any additional information like the item category, as much as I fill out is gonna have, published through. So, again, this item as well as this image has gone into BigCommerce and created the item record there. So, again, you see our coffee mug. We've got our price, our description down below in that HTML coding, and so on and so forth. So very brief straightforward, hopefully, example of sending an item through Celigo data flow, from NetSuite into the BigCommerce back office. And, again, there are multiple other data flows we see here for orders, customers, fulfillment, so on and so forth. And should you be interested in seeing those for the sake of time today, we can absolutely, work with you in a and kind of follow-up instance to to talk through that and validate that these flows are gonna meet the needs of your business. Alright. I'll stop sharing. Thank you so much, Jenny. That was great. So we're gonna talk about b two b. But if you are interested in, you know, getting a a demo of this, there's a button that says request a demo, on your screen there. So feel free to reach out. Otherwise, just reach out to us afterwards. But, now I'm gonna hand it over to Ryan, at NovaModule who's gonna, show, actual examples on the b two b side that, was, implemented, with, one of our mutual customers. So take it away, Ryan. Awesome. Thanks, Rico. And thanks, Jenny, for really laying the foundation, you know, of the integration, application, the the workflows and whatnot. I think to first kinda start off, you know, with the b to b examples, it's so important for everyone to understand that the architecture of BigCommerce and b to b is is really the foundational and then the extension of the b to b. So today, as I go through these examples of, flows that we built for, real live customers, to better understand where these b two b flows supplement BigCommerce is that, with the integration, application that Jenny was walking through earlier, that's really the foundation of the integration where you can push order data, customer data, product data, things that you gotta move back and forth between BigCommerce and NetSuite, regardless if it's just b two c or also b two b. Where we can come in, using Celigo as a integration platform is supplement those flows that are not being handled by that 80% prebuilt integration app of BigCommerce to NetSuite. So here are some examples of flows that we've done. These are custom flows on the platform. They can actually be for b to b and b to c use cases, but today, we're gonna focus on just a couple of the b to b examples. So the first one we're gonna talk about is exporting customers from NetSuite to BigCommerce b to b as a company record. Again, as an extension to b to b, b to b allows you to actually push that company information into BigCommerce, so that a business who's buying, can have multiple users underneath that company, and all of those invoices and orders can belong under that company. So in terms of the flow that we built out, we first start off with exporting that b to b company data from NetSuite. Using Celigo NetSuite connector and also the safe search capabilities, we're able to manipulate and create those safe searches inside of NetSuite to export that company data, from NetSuite. Then what also makes it nice for being able to customize these integration flows is if if there is the requirement to also clean up any of the data that's coming from NetSuite, in this Celigo flow here, we also can use, a hook and a custom function script to clean up that data before pushing that over to b two b. Once we have that data, package aggregated, to exactly how we want it to, we now make a call directly to b two b where we can send that NetSuite company data over to create that corresponding, b to b company on the BigCommerce side. The third step would be to write back that company and customer details. So if we see that successful response from b to b, we wanna make sure on the NetSuite side, under that company and customer record, we can see that unique identifier so that we know that it successfully has been communicated and written back, from BigCommerce back to the NetSuite company and customer record. And then as part of this flow as well, every company will have billing address, company shipping address, and additional details there. So the fourth step in this flow is appending a lot of the additional data that invoices from NetSuite to BigCommerce b two b as an invoice. As Alec was mentioning earlier, there's a lot of bidirectional flows that can happen as well, right, depending on your business. Do you operate out of BigCommerce b two b, or do some of the team members place those orders inside of NetSuite itself? This is an example of a flow where we can take those NetSuite invoices and send it directly to B 2 B. Because ultimately, the goal is that the company will have a customer portal link that they can navigate into, and you don't want them to only see the invoices from b two b. You might also wanna want them to see the invoices that are coming from the NetSuite side as well, for the for those quotes and invoices and whatnot. So as far as this flow, we start off with the NetSuite safe search of exporting b to b invoices as well using the Celigo connector. And here, we also can leverage data transformation. So once we get that data from NetSuite, you know, anything along the lines of date format, then how it needs to be sent over to b two b and and BigCommerce API, we're able to leverage, you know, the configuration settings for data transformation on Soligo's flow. And this is very helpful so that you don't have to necessarily go in and try to type in just handlebar expressions. But now it's very built into the UI to make it extremely easy for you to, manipulate and and transform that data. Here's examples of taking that input date and the changing that output date, to year year, month month, day day. Once you get that data transformed, we can also then send it directly to BigCommerce b two b, and we can actually update the company's invoice information there. And then same as the previous flow, we wanna write back that data to show that that NetSuite invoice has actually been sent successfully into BigCommerce b two b. Pass it back to you, Rico. So thank you, Ryan. Okay. I have, just, we're gonna go into q and a here in a second, but just wanted to let you know that, if you are, new to this product, new to Soligo, that we are offering a $50 gift card for folks who come and, do a demo of, this BigCommerce, integration of or November, or, a Celigo demo in general. So if you're interested in learning more about Celigo and you're not a Celigo customer, please reach out, and, we will make this worth your while. So we got a couple questions that came in. I might ask you guys to come back on stage here, and then I'm gonna share some resources of and and what's upcoming as well. So for so let's see. Who wants to take this one? Is this example using generic HTTP connection or bundled b two b connection? Ryan, you wanna take that one? Come back on stage. Yep. Absolutely. Yeah. Yeah. So in this example of the flows that we were showing, we were using a generic HTTP connection, but you could actually use either or. You know, when you're setting up the connector or connections for these flows, you can use the bundle b two b connector that Soligo has already prepared and select different endpoints you wanna call. In our scenario, our kinda engineers suggested that we do it through the ACP route. But it's totally up to you on how you wanna handle it, and it just depends ultimately on the connector and connection itself, if you have all the endpoints you need, to make the right API calls. Mhmm. Okay. Thank you. I think this might be a more general one. How are multivariate and matrix items handled? Jenny, maybe you wanna take that one? Yes. Sorry. My reading was slow. We have the ability to handle both of those, within the context of the integration app as well as any kind of data flow you build. We're essentially even if it's press API versus GraphQL, we'll we'll be able to build essentially the foundational core product item offering as well as drag drag, build any kind of variance based off of matrix item setup or virtual variation. So the short answer is yes. We can support that. Is anyone incorporating AI or Genesys functionality into integration flows? So that's an interesting one because, you know, as an integration platform, we're seeing a ton of AI use cases. And, this is a big area for Celigo. We've been adopting a ton of AI functionality directly in the platform in terms of, assistance on the AI and the building of the integration and in terms of error handling, monitoring of the, you know, error resolution, AI based error resolution. But certainly because AI takes needs a lot of data, and so he goes in the business of getting data where it needs to be. You know, there's no AI strategy without integration strategy. So we're seeing that, front and center. And, there there have been some use cases, I don't know, specifically on this one, that we can talk about. But, Jenny, do you have, any, anything you wanna share in terms of, incorporating AI into ecommerce? Sure. Yeah. To to Rico's point, we are we are seeing several different applications of AI as it relates to, any kind of order to cash process and amplifying the types of business processes that, you know, are required for it. In particular, a very specific use case we've we've seen, and have helped develop is one or four, merchandising strategy across multiple so your BigCommerce storefront and any other marketplaces like in Amazon or Walmart, you may, have your product post, listed in. We've seen folks build close that leverages AI to keep product descriptions, and help draft product descriptions, using natural language, across those different selling channels. So as you're adding additional data points, or adding information into maybe your NetSuite or a PLM tool, where you're describing different specifications, whether it's dimensions, materials, all the specific content around the item, in disparate data fields, leveraging AI, and natural language to go and create a description even using your own brand voice, to post that, description within each of these different marketplaces, and sales channels and keep them up to date. So it's just one of many, many use cases. We've had a lot of discussions on demand planning, building dashboarding, building customer service tooling to help automate, and help aid in faster, ticket resolution by getting data across all of those different platforms into a singular space and then plugging AI on top of it. So we have a a correct me if I'm wrong, but I think we have a few different webinars, different events. We can talk at length, but there's tons of different use cases we're seeing, especially with BigCommerce. So yeah. Yeah. AI has been one of the really most interesting things that we see in the huge area of growth for us. So, yeah, please, if you're interested in learning more about, how to incorporate, you know, real life use cases in terms of incorporating AI, please reach out, in their upcoming webinars, which I'll I'll talk about, in that, you may, that may help you. So, we have a non demand webinar that's relevant, you know, how manufacturers, suppliers can automate drop shipping at scale, with iPass. You know, I mentioned the consultation. But, you know, this year, we've been doing all this, these in and out series notes that, there's a a big library of, integration use cases that you can look at. So, you know, we have BigCommerce now. We have and we have two more remaining, for the year here for the series on the NetSuite side of, advanced Salesforce integrations coming in December and then HubSpot coming on January 21. So these are very deep in hour sessions. You can, access them at sulego.com/webinars. And note that there's additional, webinars as well available there that are are are worth checking out. We have the integration bites, which are introductory, webinars into common integration use cases. We have the tech spotlight series, which is deep dives, technical deep dives on specific integration use cases, you know, hosted, with, our technical team. And then, we're expanding the in is now series. You know, we've we've been focusing on starting on the NetSuite side, but, we have, more, application agnostic, webinars just like this one on other common use cases. The next one, which is about AI. So please, join those at Celigo dot com slash webinars. And, reiterating that, we have the NetSuite integration handbook. You can look in the docs, tab on your user interface. It's been an incredible resource for people to really understand how to build a business, around the NetSuite ERP, and, common you think think about in common use cases to set a road map for, NetSuite success by looking at NetSuite strategy with an integration strategy. With that, let me see if there's any additional questions. Doesn't seem like there are. So, I wanted to thank you all for joining this webinar. A recording is gonna be sent out. I wanted to thank Alec, and Ryan and Jenny for being our awesome co presenters. Again, if you have any questions related to Soligo, to, to BigCommerce, to NetSuite services and beyond, please reach out to us. We're also super successful. We have LinkedIn and other, methods. And, we look forward to seeing you to on the next one. So thank you very much.
