Transcript for "Integrating NetSuite and Magento/Adobe Commerce":
Okay. Hi, everybody. Welcome to the ins and outs of integrating NetSuite and Adobe Commerce or, Magento as the majority of us will forever call it. My name is Rico Andrade. I head the global partnerships here at Celigo. We're gonna be joined by Jim, Hogston, who is a solution consultant and is gonna go into quite a bit of detail into, this specific integration. So, excited that you all are here from all over the world. I see some familiar faces there. But, couple housekeeping items. This webinar is being recorded, so we will send a recording of it afterwards. And, if you do have any questions, you know, please add them to the chat or into the q and a. We will either tackle as we go, but we certainly will go back to them, in the q s, q and a session, at the end of this, presentation. There's also you will see if you look in the docs tab on the top right, there's some links that might be of interest to all of you. So, so welcome. Let's get started. So just, in terms of where we're going here, we're gonna start just a little basic introduction for folks who are new here and maybe not as familiar with Zelligo. But then we're gonna jump into, the most common use cases that we see with, NetSuite and Adobe Commerce. And then we're gonna jump into the more advanced use cases and, some of the things that, often see in in, customizations and gotchas and so on. So, if you're pretty familiar with this, you know, just hang on and we're gonna get to the more advanced stuff. And then we're actually gonna show you within product in terms of how some of these, items are solved. For those of you who don't know Celigo, and why are we doing this in the first place? You know, Celigo today has become one of the largest, most important iPaaS companies in the world. As a matter of fact, we, G2 announced this week that, you know, we are the number one platform on G2 for the seventh straight quarter. So it's something that we're very, very proud of. But we're also, have become the global leader of, you know, ecommerce, commerce integrations as well. So, of the many customers we have, we have, the our the biggest sector of customers, our customers who buy, sell, manufacture, distribute physical goods. And, we have seen every use case of management at this point. So, this is where a lot of this, best practices and things that we're learning, that we're gonna be sharing today. Obviously, Celigo is a horizontal platform, so that's not all that we do. We're also platform agnostic. So even though this is a, NetSuite specific, webinar, we can integrate with many other applications, and ERPs. And we are NetSuite's largest global partner, but, you know, we we we have, there's there's quite a bit more capability beyond that. As always, you know, the flex the the themes here are flexibility, scalability, and efficiency, you know, especially in this world where, you know, tariffs come up and we have to, you know, modify supply chains very quickly or other threats and opportunities come up. You know, it's really important not to be completely static, with your system and to be able to have the flexibility and to be able to do these changes with, not a lot of, technical resources as much as possible. So, so this is a lot of things that we're gonna come back in terms of where Celigo is and why things have been designed that way. This is slide that we show typically in terms of how our customers who are using these use cases are building their, their automations. And typically speaking, when there's an ERP involved, the best practice is to put the ERP in the center of the business and build your business processes around them and build your tech stack around them. Today, you know, we're gonna talk about the storefront that, you you know, Adobe Commerce, into, the NetSuite ERP, which is the beginning of the whole order to cash business process. But, you know, certainly, folks then often move on to marketplaces and then fulfillment, three p l's, EDI, physical storefronts with POS systems. If they have a a sales team, you know, Salesforce or CRM, a lot of data warehousing. So this is just the tip of a much larger ecommerce, automation story. And those of you that have that have been in the NetSuite ecosystem, probably, know that there's three real, you know, broad options in terms of integration. You know, there's direct integration where you can just do sweet sweet scripts or sweet talk. Those options are typically reserved for very technical, professionals, and they're very static as well. And so every time that a change is required, you know, you have to go in and just learn what the changes are. And, it doesn't come with some key functionality in terms of guaranteed data delivery, data monitoring, error handling, and so on that you have to build and customize yourself when you're going in that direction. So, that's usually most appropriate for really, really basic, you know, integrations that you know are never gonna need to change. But, in general, in order to cache processes is not recommended going with the NetSuite script option. There's also point to point, integrations available out there, you know, that were very purpose built. They tend to be, you know, often, you know, pretty low cost and, maybe a little bit easier on the, implementation side, but the challenge with them is more on the robustness and the scalability. If there's any modification outside of what what comes out of the box, it becomes a a challenge, you know, to be able to accommodate it. And then a lot of what we'll talk about today is the benefit of doing it with an integration platform, which is, what are the iPaaS is and what Celigo is that comes with that, functionality and allows you to, center all those, integrations in a single platform with a fairly low code interface that, enables you to do quite a high level customization, and allow you to really go into the details of the from a development perspective, but can realistically sometimes be done or at least managed by, less technical, more functional users. So Celigo, you know, the way that we approach integration is, you know, these three layers, and we're gonna talk about these layers today. You know, you got the integration platform that allows you to connect to hundreds of thousands of applications, and do all sorts of customizations in those integrations. And then there's two levels of prebuilt, the integration templates, which are also customizable flows, and then there's the integration app of which we do have one with Adobe Commerce that is the cream of the crop of an integration experience and has all sorts of customization and bells and whistles for advanced use cases between, popular applications. And finally, one of the things specifically on NetSuite is not only does Allego have some, you know, real unique things in terms of how we approach integration, but I don't know if everyone is always aware of the specific, technological advantage we have in terms of how we interface with the, with NetSuite itself. Most applications interface with NetSuite just using the APIs. And if we were to just use the APIs, we'd be limited in terms of what we can do. But for the last ten years, we've been building this bundle that sits between Celigo and, NetSuite with a lot of this custom functionality that opens up, You know, the whole safe search functionality with us allows us to do all sorts of, you know, dynamic lookups with real time triggers. We have concurrency controls built in right into Allego, and not to mention all the prebuilt integrations, you know, for the NetSuite ecosystem. So those are the sort of things that really accelerate, you know, how we do those integrations. But that's enough about Celigo. Let's jump right into the use cases here. And, so I'd like to welcome, our solution consultant, James, to go in a lot of detail and, reminder that, yeah, if you have any questions, please, ask and, there's quite a bit we can cover here. So thank you, James. Awesome. Thank you, Rico. Yep. And my name is James Hoxton. I'm a solutions consultant here at Zalgo, like Rico said. So I've been with the company for a little over four years working heavily in the the ecommerce space here. So happy to walk you through what we see as some of these common use cases, as well as some additional use cases that we see play into this order to cash process between Adobe Commerce and NetSuite. And, yeah, thank you guys for joining me today. So we'll dive right in. And so what is that order to cash process? Right? That's really the entire life cycle of an order as, you know, from the time it gets placed by a customer down to getting, paid out by whether that be a payment gateway, or however you guys are processing those payments and everything in between, including order fulfillments, you know, billing in your ERP, handling any refunds. So then ultimately, we're able to reconcile all of that into your ERP and automate the entire process there. But as you'll notice, you know, on the the slide here, that might start also with product listings and automating, you know, product data out of your ERP to have accurate, you know, listing data, any, you know, additional fields, things like that that may be coming through and being able to house those in your ERP, drive those out to different ecommerce platforms to really start that order to cash process. And then ultimately automating, you know, bringing in those orders, the fulfillments, all the way down to the payout reconciliation. And Celigo, you know, offers a platform to automate all of that as well as as Rico highlighted there. You know, some prebuilt functionality that's gonna give you an accelerated time to value there. So why is it important to, you know, automate Adobe Commerce and NetSuite? Obviously, this is going to accelerate things like order fulfillment, being able to recognize orders coming in by automating these, you know, eliminate data entry errors, and really enhance that overall customer experience by speeding up the the time that you can process orders, get those orders fulfilled, and get the ultimately that product out to your customer. So also is going to allow you to move, you know, important and valuable data into your ERP so that then you can make more data driven, you know, decisions by driving dashboards and such inside of your NetSuite ERP to help you take more control over the data that, you know, is available to you on that ecommerce website. You can just get it into your ERP. So important to note too that Celigo can support, you know, both versions of Adobe Commerce, so both the open source and community versions there. And that we're aware, you know, Adobe can be a little bit more customizable than the other ecommerce platforms out there and allow you to really, you know, customize that storefront to your guys' business more than maybe some other ecommerce platforms that that are out there. And so when it comes to that prebuilt integration, so this is gonna be what what Rico highlighted there. That's gonna be that quickest return of return on investment, the quickest time to value. We have built out these integration apps as the most common use cases that we've seen customers require between Adobe Commerce and NetSuite and really within that order to cash process in general. So you can see those highlighted on the right side of the slide there. So the objects that we're going to be connecting between the systems to help automate these processes. Now, these integration apps are also going to be, you know, out of the box. Right? So these are prebuilt and managed by Celigo. So updates to APIs, things like that would not be felt. We're going to push out updates to these integrations, as required as systems change, as APIs might change. The other the other important aspect here is that, we're also going to update those automatically. So you guys, you know, again, are gonna feel those changes. Your integration stay up to date. So that does help with, you know, the management of these integrations in the long, the long run. So breaking that down a little bit further in the next slide, we have, you know, a nice detailed diagram here of what those prebuilt flows are gonna consist of. So again, you know, harping on that order to cash process of getting item listings from your ERP out to your ecommerce platform. We're going to have flows to help with that including, you know, standard matrix or, assembly items or bundle items that you may have in NetSuite or as well being able to pass over things like selling categories, images, pricing, inventory, really so that those item listings can be driven by your ERP as that system of truth and, and be accurate and up to date for your customers. But then ultimately, you know, once you have item listings up, we're also gonna help you automate, you know, obviously bringing in the order, bringing in any new customer data coming into your ERP, ultimately auto billing those so that we're creating, your billing transactions in NetSuite automatically. And then as well, helping to handle item fulfillments and refunds within those prebuilt flows. And that's also where, you know, some other systems may come in to play. Things like item fulfillments, maybe a three p l is involved there. Maybe you guys use another system there to to help with those item fulfillments. That's where those are some of those additional use cases that may come into play within, the Magento Commerce and NetSuite integration that may not be a direct connection between those systems. So we'll talk about some of those as well. Again, you know, a three p l being a great example of where we see additional use cases added in here, where, you know, while we're being able to bring in the orders, into your ERP and pass back item fulfillment data to your sales channel, so that left side of the slide there, how are those item fulfillments being created in NetSuite? You know, if we're, uplifting a backlog or speeding up the time that you can realize those words in your ERP, you also may want to eliminate any potential backlog, or, you know, efficiency, deprecation there by connecting the three p l. Right? So we can automatically send the orders out, get item fulfillment back in a timely manner as well so that then they can be passed to your sales channel so that the customer experience there is nice and smooth and there's no time delays and, you know, potentially having to manually pass orders out to a three p l and create item fulfillment data back in ERP before it can be passed up to the sales channel. So that's another use case that we would see as well. Another additional one is gonna be payout reconciliation. Right? So why is it important to integrate payment gateways here? Because so while Adobe does offer, you know, native or built in ways to offer payment gateways like PayPal, Braintree, Authorize.net, The APIs, for Magento or Adobe Commerce there don't actually offer the data required to reconcile that those payments coming into NetSuite. So by connecting out to those payment gateways directly, we can get that payout data from those various payment gateways and look to bring in those, that data and create a bank deposit in NetSuite, where we're really taking those those transactions that next level of once we've recorded them in NetSuite, we're able to get that payout report, make sure that then we're matching up what we're recording in NetSuite with those billing flows to what your payout, is saying from your payment provider. Really ensuring that those GL accounts are lining up and that you're recording, you know, fees and such that your payment, providers may be taking and really taking that order cash process to a close there. Being able to deposit those transactions, really speeding up the time that your accounting team would need to, you know, pull payout reports and match to ERP transactions, as well, you know, then in turn, speeding up the time that you guys can close your books. So with those use cases in mind, we'll go into the the product demonstration here, and I will go ahead and share my screen. Go ahead and share my screen out for everybody. Awesome. So and here is Integrator IO. So this is the landing page for any and all integrations on Celigo. So, again, being an iPaaS, we are endpoint agnostic, so we can connect to anything that has, you know, way to connect whether it be API, EDI, FTP servers. Really, as long as there's a way to tie those systems together, you you could look to do that on Celigo platform. Now that said, there's, again, the three types of integrations or ways that you would start an integration on our platform. Rico touched on those briefly, but those would be creating a flow on the platform, so a platform flow from scratch, per se. You'd also start with a template, which are gonna be platform flows, but we're pre building the building blocks for you to start from. But then those flows are gonna be fully customizable. You can change anything about them that you see fit. And the third type is gonna be those prebuilt managed integration apps. Those are gonna be the quickest time to value and are really built out to solve the most common use cases that we see in that word cache process. And so on the home page as well, you'll be able to see the help of those integrations, if there's any errors, if there's any connections down, and we will dive into the error management here at the end as well. But clicking in here, really looking at how what a flow could look like on Celigo. Those could be, again, platform flows. So the platform flows allow you to utilize all of the tools in the tool shed of Celigo Integrator IO and Celigo Flow Builder, really allowing you to set up flows that can be as simple or as complex as needed. With any flows on on our platform, there's always gonna be an export step and import steps. You have source, you have a destination, and we make that, again, very easy for non developers even or business level users to come in and potentially even create flows. So even within our name connectors here, we're gonna make that very easy, very via drop downs to drag and drop and create exports. You can see here we've set up our Magento connection, and we're able to tie into all the available Magento APIs using the platform flows to, you know, customize these out as much as we need. You can even then preview your data right inside of the export step, really allowing you then to also select ranges to preview that data from. And you can see exactly what fields then you're able to pull from that specific API call. So then we're also making it very easy with our NetSuite connector that Rico highlighted to import those, records into NetSuite. So from this flow, we're importing customers, but making it very easy again to drag and drop and create these flows so that if there is any customizations, anything that you guys maybe need to go in and build on your own, we make that very user friendly, very easy to do. Now we don't want you to have to start from scratch or reinvent the wheel on Celigo. Obviously, when it comes to Magento integrations, we've been there, we've done that. So that's where we have created those prebuilt integration apps. So if we walk through that, go anywhere to the prebuilt integration app, that would really be installed in its own tile. And the tile then, if you clicked in, would house all of those prebuilt accelerator flows that we see as the most common use cases between Adobe and NetSuite. You can house multiple, Magento accounts and stores within one tile to give you really one pane of glass for those integrations as it as it pertains to the prebuilt flows. And then as we go through here, really the way I like to think about the automating, a storefront between Adobe and NetSuite would be to think about that like the order cash process. Right? You first need to start by getting your product listings between your ERP and your, ecommerce system set up, and we have prebuilt flows to help manage that. So whether that is a standard product or a kit or matrix item type, we can very easily, you know, help you stand up those, those item listings on the Magento side and also having those prebuilt flows to help manage, whether that be, you know, a bundled product or a configurable product on Magento and tying those back to their corresponding inventory types in NetSuite. Really driving using your ERP as that system of truth to be able to create those product listings and then as well, you know, push updates. So then here, if you think about if you had other systems maybe that that drive, product data in NetSuite, maybe there's a PIM or something of that sort, that creates new products. We then take that the extra step of creating those product listings on your ecommerce site so that that process, you know, can be fully automated and we can eliminate the the potential for any errors between, those systems or if there's any, you know, manual data entry. This also is gonna help you drive things like pricing, images, descriptions, making it very easy to then upload those in one place, being your ERP, and push those out to Magento in this case, but also if you had flow product flows to other ecommerce platforms, being able to have and spoke that data out to your respective ecommerce, sites. Then really, once your products are synced, the next thing I like to think of of syncing is inventory. Right? That's really building your storefront, getting your product listings, seeking out all of your inventory so that your your customers can log on and place an order. So when it does come to inventory, we also know are obviously gonna help with that sync. Again, breaking that out by, you know, if there are kit inventory types or standard inventory levels, really helping you for both use cases there with those prebuilt flows. This is gonna allow you to to drive, obviously, real time or or near real time inventory out to your Magento site, keeping inventory levels up to date for your customers so that you can push inventory as quickly as every five minutes here using those schedulers, to then keep inventory up to date so that, obviously, you're not dealing with inventory discrepancies, back orders because, perhaps, you know, on your site there was inventory showing that that wasn't accurate. Once you have orders and inventory synced, then, you know, the next thing we think about is bringing in orders. So we are gonna have bidirectional prebuilt flows for orders as well as customers, really allowing a lot of flexibility around, you know, where those orders need to originate even if you guys have perhaps customer success managers, customer service managers that are ever entering orders in NetSuite that need to also, sync out to your ecommerce platform. So having bidirectionality, even within the prebuilt flows is another, you know, benefit that Celigo is gonna bring versus, you know, point to point connectors out there that maybe would only be able to push data in one direction. Once you're bringing in orders, then we're also going to be able to push out those fulfillments. Right? So it's important to be able to grab those item fulfillments, sync out tracking numbers, mark those orders shipped in a very timely manner so that your customers see that those orders are being worked on. They're on the way to them and they can receive their tracking number, efficiently. This is also where, you know, we're gonna pick up that side of grabbing out of NetSuite, pushing those up to Magento, but where three p l's or other integrations, as I've sort of highlighted before can come into play. So perhaps the order needs to come into NetSuite and then go out to a three p l, item fulfillment gets brought back in. We can then automatically pick that up, bring that out to Magento so the tracking number is passed along in a timely manner. And I will highlight to how we can help connect those three p l's here, during the demo. But then we can also auto bill those. So being able to automatically bill your transactions. So being able to look at sales orders based on a certain status and and automatically bill so that, again, we can improve efficiencies, you know, removing a redundant need for somebody to go in and click a bill button or something like that within the ERP, just being able to automatically create those billing records. Now these would also be where we would see these transactions most of the time come into an undeposited GL account, so that then we could pull a payout report from a payment gateway, match those up, and add them to a NetSuite deposit, really allowing us to match that you're being paid via payment gateway, the same thing that we'd be recording in this billing transaction. Additionally, you know, we've it'd be it's important to help handle any cancellations or refunds. So we do have flows, in the prebuilt set of of integration app accelerator flows here to handle both cancellations and refunds. So that really we're taking that process as far as we can, as far as it goes with, Magento and and NetSuite with their APIs. Point being here is that you usually would have a separate payment gateway where you're then getting the payout reconciliation data, and that would be an additional set of flows that we'll we'll walk through. But before I get into those additional use cases, I do want to highlight as well that while this prebuilt set of flows will give you the quickest time to value, it's a great place to start and and get up and running on these integrations. We also offer a template here. So a template is gonna be very similar to what I showed with a platform flow, but but we're gonna give you those building blocks to start from. We've built out templated flows that really correspond with, the vast majority of those integration app or prebuilt flows, but then these are allow you to just start with the building block and then fully customize that as you see fit. So where the integration app is more managed by Celigo and certain aspects like maybe a certain record type that's that is being created would be locked down. If you guys need to customize further, we see a lot of our customers outgrow perhaps that integration app and move to using templated flows where you can customize that even further. And so Celigo does offer, you know, the best of both worlds, right, where you're gonna be able to get that quick time value with the integration apps. We also back that up with the templates that are gonna be, you know, even more customizable that you could tailor, specifically to your business and add in any additional flows that perhaps, you know, the integration app which are just covering the most common use cases we see doesn't cover. So then moving on outside of the template here, we also mentioned three p l and payout reconciliation. So these perhaps could be to other systems. Right? So while, you know, we may be most worried about that direct connection between Magento and NetSuite today and joining this call, it's good to know, you know, that there's obviously a lot of other systems that could come into play here. Things like a three p l. And Celigo can also tie into, different three p l platforms or three p l's directly, to help automate that as well. Just one thing to get the orders into your ERP, but but if there's still a backlog between getting those orders fulfilled and back those tracking numbers back out to your customer, then that's not gonna help the customer experience, as much as it could if that was automated. Right? So we can also connect out to various three p l's. You know, again, we are an iPaaS platform. So as long as there is an API available, we can connect to those three PL, applications, but we also have named connectors for many of the the most popular ones. You can see a long list here of some very popular three PLs and flows that could be examples of where we're we're helping to automate that fulfillment process as well, which inherently then helps with the Adobe process and speeding up getting those fulfillments back out to your ecommerce platform. Additionally, you know, obviously, if we're looking to automate that entire order to cash process, as I've highlighted today or harped on, you know, that process doesn't end until we can reconcile the payments that are being paid to your bank account. That's really where we can come in and connect to individual payment gateways as well. And so we could we could look to grab those individual payout transactions or payout reports and create a deposit. So this is where, really, with those native APIs, if you guys are using a third party gateway, Adobe's APIs aren't gonna offer us the payout data required that we need to to create that NetSuite deposit and really do that matching of those existing transactions and make sure that you're getting paid out by your, provider here exactly what you're recording in NetSuite on those billing transactions. And so this is where we could take in those payout reports, and then through scripting on the back end, match up existing rec records in NetSuite based on their transaction IDs and their amounts. And if those match, we can add them to a deposit record. And also, we could also be able to record any variances, as well. So it's one thing to just record the deposit, but then also what if anything is mismatched or missing transactions? How do we handle those? So being able to also import variances and flag those to you so that you can ultimately go back and make any corrections either within your ERP or flag down any any transactions that require further attention. Really then by by looking to automate, you know, everything from the the product listings all the way down to payout reconciliation, you can really fully automate that that order to cash process and very much eliminate a lot of the need for any manual work as well as the potential for, you know, errors or other, human data entry related problems. But once you have all these flows set up and they're they're running, they're helping you automate your systems together. What happens if anything goes wrong? Right? Because it's one thing to give you a platform to make it very easy to build flows, but Celigo also makes it very easy to manage and maintain those flows as well. And so if there ever was an error, we can we can have notifications set up, which I'll walk through as well. But you can see then, I backtrack a second, Even at the highest level, then you can see that there was an error that was occurring on a certain tile if you logged into the platform. And we can also provide notifications so you know to log in. The idea with Celigo, I kinda like to think of it like a breaker box. Right? You're not staring at your breaker box, all day to see if if a, certain circuit goes down. You know, obviously, the breaker box trips when there's a problem, and then you go fix it. You can think of Celigo in a very similar way where we're going to give you that platform to build and and maintain your integrations, but you wouldn't wanna be logging in every day just to make sure that those are running. So we would be able to offer those notifications, set up set that up so that, you know, while this is running in the back end, you could be notified if there were any issues. You could log in and see, you know, where that error occurred. As you can see as I'm clicking here, clicking through here, it's gonna be very obvious where that error is occurring and it's gonna keep breaking down to exactly what flow that error occurred on within a section of flows, obviously broken down from the tile that that flow is in. Then if you click into flow builder, you could even see, you know, the exact step that an error occurred on. Within Celigo error management, it's good to note that this is fully built into the platform. So whether you're using an integration app, whether you're building a flow from scratch or utilizing a template, this error management is already built in functionality, and we would be working on the back end of all of those flows to make sure that if there ever was an error, we give you the error message in plain English so that you can you can read that error. So we're not gonna just give you a coded message or something like that. We're gonna give you that in English so you can tell, you know, what that error was, tell you the error code, the source of that error, as well as a time stamp. You can then also assign these errors out. You can tag certain errors to, you know, if it was tags to be maybe something that requires human intervention versus something that doesn't. You can also filter those errors. You can mark these errors as resolved or work on them right within the user interface. So if there was, you know, a payload that you needed to edit, you can edit that data right inside of the error management, user interface, look to retry certain errors, or you can simply mark these resolved if you guys have, you know, gone through. You solve for that error. You can and you want that error message to go away here. Additionally, you know, we're also going to provide you other tools here to make sure that you're maintaining and, and monitoring your flows as needed. So we provide a dashboard that's going to tell you, you know, what flows are running, what flows are completed. You can supply a date range here, including a custom range if you wanted to see, you know, certain date range. You can also, again, set up those notifications. So it's important that if there ever was an error or something going wrong within these flows that you notify the correct person so you can be notified if either an error is occurring on a certain flow. So if if somebody in your organization is in is in charge of certain flows versus others, that's how you could assign those errors out. You can also be notified if certain connections go offline. As well here, we're going to provide a user dashboard here where you could provide roles, enable users, you can provide them the specific notifications to specific users, where that's gonna allow you then to not only govern their permissions, but also set them up if they need to be notified if a certain, error occurs or something like that. Along with that, you're also gonna be able to see, you know, analytics of flows running your audit log of who's made changes within this system so that you can keep track of any any changes made and really all the tools in the tool shed, again, to manage and maintain these flows once you have them built. So, again, giving you that platform to very easily build flows, whether that be starting with the template, starting from scratch, or utilizing our prebuilt, flows that we've seen and iterated upon as the most common use cases. And then ultimately, giving you that platform to maintain those flows, see any errors, make changes very easily. So then if an error did, you know, ever occur and you just need to go back and make a change to a flow, again, that user interface is very easy to use. Say if it was a mapping change, for example, our mapping tool gonna be very straightforward where you're just dragging and dropping those those field mappings, as well giving you the ability to make advanced field mapping changes, doing things all the way from, you know, standard field mapping to multi field adding in, you know, functions and expressions to get it really as complicated as you see fit and embed that business logic, that you may need. And so making changes as far as that maintenance can be very easily easy to say if it is just a mapping change. Again, you don't need to be a developer to go in and make a mapping change on our platform. It can be very intuitive and easy to use. So then looping back here, I'll go ahead and and stop sharing and go back to our slide deck here. Bear with me one second. But just looking back to to this, diagram that was shown earlier. Now after we've gone through what we talked about today, so obviously, you know, Celigo is going to be able to help accelerate time to value with the common use cases between Adobe Commerce and NetSuite, helping to handle things like products, inventory, fulfillment, orders, cancellations, and then in turn, payouts if you are connecting other gateways, which does also, you know, paint the picture here again of other systems that come into play in that order to cash process and can be important to also tie into your ERP that ultimately help drive those efficiencies between your digital storefront and your ERP here. And Celigo is really gonna offer you a platform not only to connect all of those systems together, but make it easy to build and manage those flows in one pane of glass, unlike other solutions where perhaps, you know, these are all these arrows that you see are just point to point, connectors out there. So we go offers one platform to really integrate everything within your business So that then you have the one pane of glass, one tool to work with, and and really allowing you to efficiently scale your business there. Some key takeaways here are really just gonna be again that that order to cash process is is dynamic. Right? And being adaptable is very important. And so Celigo is really a platform that provides that adaptability. We're gonna give you the best of both worlds in the sense that we provide you with those prebuilt flows within the integration app to get you started. Now we're we're providing you with our expertise in a sense that those are the the common use cases that we've seen and iterated upon over the years of companies coming to us to integrate these systems. But then also we back that up with the platform. Right? So if there are any additional use cases, if there are any, any errors or the things that need to be maintained between those integrations, the platform makes it, you know, extremely easy and user friendly to do such things. But yeah. Thank you so much for your time today, everybody. I'm glad you back to Rico here. Let's, let's jump into the q and a, and then I'll come back and provide talk about these additional resources here, but, because we got some questions. But yeah. Thanks, James, for this. So, first question is related to, is there a difference in functionality in terms of how we support, open source versus Adobe Commerce? No. So really, you could think about those working the same way. So what I was showing today, really no inherent differences between those, as far as how you would set up those within Flow Builder, and then the same set of prebuilt flows, exist for both editions within those integration apps. Okay. Can you talk more about, given that Magento doesn't have some of the dashboarding functionality within, natively, about, moving some of that functionality into NetSuite or, BI applications? Yeah. Yeah. So really, I mean, that's some inherent functionality that you're gonna get by us automating and moving that order data into your ERP. Right? So where, obviously, that ordered order data is already living on Adobe Commerce and they don't offer those dashboards, while we're able since we're able to move that sales order data, that billing data, fulfillment data into your ERP, You can then utilize the native tools in NetSuite to build safe searches and such to then build dashboards, that really just the functionality is not there for on Magento's, user interface. Yeah. That's a common thing that we have seen is that, so especially if some functionality within, Adobe Commerce is slower perhaps than you'd want, you can move some of that processing into into the back end system, you know, have that done within NetSuite, and then just push the data back into, Adobe Commerce, to to to speed things up and improve the the the user performance. We have, two questions here. I I guess there are more comments from Akbar, which by the way, Akbar, we can follow-up, you know, to provide more specific guidance. But maybe the first one is just, can you speak a little bit about, it's talking about limited use case on the prebuilt, but that's really what the platform is about. Right? You have the essential, you know, most common use case on prebuilt, and then you can supplement anything beyond that, using the iPaaS. Maybe, James, you can just expand on that a little bit more. Yeah. I mean, again, really, the the the integration app is set up to be those common use cases. Right? It's supposed to handle, you know, 80 to 85% of the standard order to cash use cases, but then, you know, things may fall out of that or you guys may grow out of the use cases covered within the integration app. Right? Those are meant to be accelerators to get you started with the platform to Rico's point is where we could fill in any gaps in the the what has been developed and prebuilt within those integration apps by being able to tie and connect out to any of the APIs that Magento offers. So while our prebuilt may be built out to a certain set of those APIs, you can utilize the platform to tie into any of the Magento APIs. We'll only be limited then by no functionality that their API allows for. Mhmm. Yep. By the way, if anyone is interested in a demo, we we do have this promotion here, for, prospects who want to learn more about this, integration, the $50 gift card, for, getting a demonstration before, the end of the month. One more comment here from Akbar. Maybe we can provide some guidance. I have payout reconciliation, but do not know where the mapping is needed for, using Authorize.Net. Is there some resources we can point him to or we can follow-up directly afterwards? Yeah. Certainly. Okay. We'll follow-up, afterwards. So, please let us know if there's any more questions coming in. I'll just close out with a few more resources available, while we're here. We do have our roadshow. So, actually, we're I'm in Toronto today doing our roadshow right at the moment. But we're gonna be in Atlanta on November 5. So any if anyone is around or, has employees or customers near Atlanta, we'd love to see you all there for a day of, going deep into Celigo. We do have a NetSuite integration handbook. It goes very much in-depth about everything you'd wanna know about NetSuite integrations. It's been a really popular piece of literature for, anyone involved in that sort of integration and how to build your, your tech stack, your business processes, around Celigo for the long term. And then finally, we have, the the rest of the schedule for this ins and outs of NetSuite integration webinar series. Next up, it's gonna be spreadsheets. We're gonna talk about, Excel and Google Docs, a very, very common use case and beloved topic for any NetSuite user on October 22. Then we're gonna go to BigCommerce on November 6. And then by popular request, we're gonna go into advanced Salesforce integrations. This is a follow-up on our Salesforce integrations webinar on December 3, and then we'll close it out with HubSpot integrations on January 21. So with that, let me know if you have any, any final questions here. But other than that, I think this is it. Thank you so much, James, for the time, and, hope this was, helpful and beneficial for everyone.
